An important academic tradition, the graduation ceremony is a grand and impressive affair. Harvest Bible College takes this opportunity to celebrate and acknowledge publicly your achievement. Guests, especially relatives and friends, are warmly invited to share this celebration with you.

Applying To Graduate
Applications for February 2012 Graduation round have now closed. Application for Award/Graduation form will be available from this site for the 2013 round of ceremonies in May 2012.
Completing The Application for Award/Graduation
It is your responsibility as a student to ensure you have completed all the requirements for your course before you are eligible to graduate. This may mean ensuring all exemptions or any Credit Transfer and Recognition of Prior Learning applications have been processed for the course you are completing.
If results are outstanding you must ensure these are completed and due for Official Results Release (November 26th 2011) before you graduate. For example, students who graduate in February will have completed all the requirements for their course by November of the previous year.
Closing Date for Application for Award/Graduation
Application for Award /Graduation (mail out or ceremony attendance) will be received until 1st October 2011.
Late Application for Award/Graduation (mail out or ceremony attendance) will be received until 28th October 2011, note late payment fee applies.
Applications for Award /Graduation (mail out or ceremony attendance) received after 28th October 2011, will not be eligible for 2012 ceremonies, and will be held for next round of ceremonies.
