The Graduation Ceremony
An important academic tradition, the graduation ceremony is a grand and impressive affair. Harvest Bible College takes this opportunity to celebrate and acknowledge publicly your achievement. Guests, especially relatives and friends, are warmly invited to share this celebration with you.

In order to graduate, you need to apply to receive your testamur (certificate/award). This can be done during your final semester of study, before you sit final exams/assessments and before you receive your results. See Applying to Graduate for information and instructions on completing and lodging your application.
Applying To Graduate
- To apply to graduate complete the Application for Award/Graduation and the relevant Course Structure document in Moodle.
- If you are applying for more than one award, you need to submit an Application for Award/Graduation and Course Structure for each award from which you would like to graduate;
- Submit the application via mail, or person at Melbourne, Dandenong Campus or scan and email to registrar@harvest.edu.au
Completing The Application for Award/Graduation
It is your responsibility as a student to ensure you have completed all the requirements for your course before you are eligible to graduate. This may mean ensuring all exemptions or any Credit Transfer and Recognition of Prior Learning applications have been processed for the course you are completing.If results are outstanding you must ensure these are completed and due for Official Results Release (November 27th 2010) before you graduate. For example, students who graduate in February will usually have completed all the requirements for their course by November of the previous year.
Closing Date for Application for Award/Graduation
Application for Award /Graduation (mail out or ceremony attendance) will be received until 1st October 2010.Late Application for Award/Graduation (mail out or ceremony attendance) will be received until 1st November 2010, note late payment fee applies.
Applications for Award /Graduation (mail out or ceremony attendance) received after 1st November 2010, will not be eligible for 2011 ceremonies, and will be held for next round of ceremonies.
