Ps. Astrid Staley

Since her conversion Astrid has completed both her BA & MA at Harvest Bible College.
Astrid Lecturers here and is also involved in Online Tutoring of Biblical Studies subjects at Harvest.
She is happily married, has a wonderful son and has been involved in Children's Ministry, Leading Worship,
Preaching, home fellowship groups, Coordinated Street Missions and Pastoral care.
Currently Astrid is the Women's Pastor at Destiny Church Melboune (Dingley). Along with her husband
Martin an evangelist who writes on the Creation vs. Evolution debate at http://messianic-ministries.org/,

Her passion is to preach and teach the word of God, and see people fulfill the call of God upon their life.

Bill Muehlenberg

Bill Muehlenberg is a sessional lecturer in ethics and philosophy at Harvest Bible
College and is the former National Vice President of the Australian Family Association.
He completed his BA in Chicago in 1985 and an MA in Boston in 1987. He is currently
undertaking a doctorate at Deakin University in the School of Social Inquiry.
He is a regular participant in media debates on apologetics and ethics for the Christian faith.

Derek Tucker
BTh, Dip Miss, Dip TAA
During his varied career, Derek has always been involved in either training or Christian ministry, and at times, even both at the same time!
Derek pastored churches for 8 years in Queensland, with a particular focus on Young Adult ministry and Youth Leadership Development.
He returned to Melbourne in 2000 with his family, and became manager of Casey Connections, a Christian cafe, bookshop and opshop. After two exciting years,
he moved on and developed a successful career in staff and leadership training, in his job with a Registered Training Organisation and with The Winepress AOG
in Berwick in Victoria. At The Winepress, Derek has written and facilitated several courses, including Coaching, and was the Internships Coordinator between 2006-2009.
Derek is now working with Youth for Christ Australia as National Training Manager, primarily involved in staff development and leadership health. He is also completing his
Masters of Arts in Ministry at Harvest Bible College.
Derek is passionate about training emerging leaders to become leaders who are thriving for Jesus and have powerful ministries. When we have effective leaders, we can achieve so
much for the Kingdom. He is excited that through his various roles he is seeing his two passions for training and ministry being combined!
Ps Don Gall

Pastor Don, along with his wife Julie, is Senior Pastor of Ballarat City Church. He is an experienced
Pastor, teacher and church planter, with a passion to inspire and train the next generation of Christian
leaders through teaching and personal example.
Prior to taking up his call to the ministry in ACC, Don spent fifteen years as a Primary School
Teacher/Principal in both the Victorian State Education system and Christian Schools.
Don & Julie have three married children and seven grand children.

Ps Lilian Low
B.Econs (Hons.), Cert IV Training & Assessment, Cert IV Church Leadership, LTh and MA (Ministry)
Lilian worked in the corporate finance and investment sector prior to immigrating to
Australia with her family in the late 80's.
Lilian and family worship at CityLife Church - Knox, where she is on staff as a
children's pastor, overseeing the upper primary children's department, the children's
ministry interns and the leadership development program.
She has served as a Christian Religious Education teacher, having convened and
taught in six different schools for more than 13 years. She is also involved with
Kids Hope and served in the core committee for Kidfest Victoria and SPIN Conference
for Children.
An adjunct lecturer at Harvest Bible College, Lilian coordinated the college's
Children's Ministry Course and tutors on-line for various subjects. She has a great
pastoral heart and is passionate about leadership development and team building.
Ps Michelle Sanders
BA (Bib Stud), MA (Ministry)
Michelle Sanders has been involved in Christian Ministry for over 20 years. Michelle was saved in the
hippie movement in Tasmania in 1979 with a profound encounter with Jesus, which dramatically changed
her life. She has a BA in Biblical Studies, as well as a Master of Arts in Ministry and is currently
half way through a Doctorate in Ministry with Fuller Theological College. She spent four years working
at the Teen Challenge Drug and Alcohol Rehab Centre in Victoria.

Rehab Centre in Victoria. She is currently the full time Executive Pastor at
The Winepress Assemblies of God Church in Berwick, where she has been on staff
since 1997.
Michelle was the full time Executive Pastor at The Winepress Assemblies of God Church in Berwick for
several years and is now planting a new style church community called Kaleidoscope in Pakenham.
Michelle has written and developed a program called Stepps to Ministry which is designed to assist
churches work with their members to discover their Spiritual Gifts, Talents, Experiences, Passions
and Personalities and then develop a step by step ministry track to establish them into ministry within
their churches or outreaching to their communities. The Winepress has over 1,000 people strong within
their congregation and due to the success of this program over 90% of the church is actively involved in
ministry.
The Stepps to Ministry program has been purchased and implemented by many churches from many different
denominations within Australia and is currently operating in 4 states as well as England and the United
States and Thailand. Michelle also lectures Old Testament Survey Harvest Bible College, with a gift in
communication she speaks to many different audiences.
Sui Fung Wu

Ps Tina Waldrom

Tina Waldrom has a great passion and calling to the area of evangelism.
She worked for 15 years in schools outreach; coordinatored the Harvest Bile College
Youth Ministry School for many years and is the National Director of See You At The Pole.
She currently works as Intern Coordinator in the Ministry Trax Program for CityLife Church;
lectures on evangelism for Harvest Bible College and is working on a Doctorate with specific evangelism
application.
Ps Trevor Bucknell
MA (Min)
In 1981 Trevor left a successful career in Retail Management to attend Bible College in Auckland,
New Zealand, graduating a Diploma in Biblical and Theological Studies. In 1983 he married Judy,
another Bible College student. They have two children, Julia, a secondary school teacher, and Luke,
who has just graduated Monash University. After Bible College, Trevor and Judy had ten years of Pastoral
ministry in the South Island of NZ. In 1993/94 Trevor attended World Harvest Institute, (missionary
training and orientation course), this was followed by six years (1994-2000) in the Solomon Islands
where Trevor served as Field Leader for the New Zealand AOG mission, Principal and lecture, of the
Eastern Solomon's Bible Training Centre, and facilitator for Church Planting in that area.
In 2001 the family moved to Melbourne where he completed a BA Biblical Studies, and then a MA (Min) at
Harvest Bible College. He has been extensively involved in preaching and teaching in several countries
around Asia and the Pacific, and holds Ordained credentials with the Australian Christian Churches.
Trevor has a passion to see the Word of God preached and taught meaningfully and to see the missionary
mandate fulfilled.
