Christine is an amazing woman and Harvest graduate. She is a mental health practitioner by day and a human rights anti-trafficking advocate by night. This passion to help others was birthed in high school, when she kept the poster “Make the world a better place” on her wall. Christine is now pursuing her calling, and pushing for law reform and legislative changes around the Modern Slavery Act in Victoria.
Having a compassionate heart for the people trapped in modern sex slavery, Christine recognised that it wasn’t enough to attend group Bible study or learn secular methods to deal with this epidemic in our society. That’s one of the reasons she came to Harvest: to grasp a solid knowledge of the word of God so that she can combine biblical knowledge with her skills as a mental health practitioner. Christine now gives Godly comfort to women who have been abused and hurt.
